Abstract: Intesa Sanpaolo Group’s Sustainable Development Protocol, signed in February 2017 with banking trade unions, introduces new welfare tools and aims to support new employment. The main element of the Protocol is the experimental introduction of «hybrid work», an innovative approach combining the employment relationship with a self-employment contract as a financial advisor
