Abstract:
Italian banks are required by the new regulatory provisions on internal controls to evaluate their risk tolerance and risk appetite. A specific risk framework for small banks is proposed with the aim to facilitate the adoption of a risk management system characterized by limited organizational impacts and low implementation costs
