Perspectives for Building Innovation Platform of Bulgarian Development

Abstract:
With today’s turbulence and global crisis the forming of innovation platform of development is considered a key approach for creating a sustainable social-economic dynamics at global, national, regional, local, branch and organization level. Based on short review of the international experience, the paper suggests an optimistic scenario for forming an innovation platform for development of Bulgaria. According to this scenario, based on innovation policy formatted into a concrete strategy carried out by the state, a flexible integration of economic, academic and education circles should be done. Through a cascade of events, those circles should create conditions for innovation regime of functioning in short-term, middle-term and long-term perspective.
