Abstract:
There are formal and informal relations in the managerial process. The inter-personal manifestations create also the respective behavioral networks. The fact how the formal and informal behavioral networks correspond to each other predetermines the managerial results. It has been pointed out that the internal and external uncertainty of the environment, in which the managerial process is realized, is a reason for behavioral phobias. The phobia objects have been defined as one of the important conditions for taking adequate measures aiming at the effective realizations of the managerial process. The inter-personal relations as a source of phobia conditions are relations of a special significance.
