Abstract:
This paper aims to highlight the fact that Romania's European Union has meant the adoption of special provisions, the assumption of obligations before obtaining certain rights. It is important to see how far our country has fulfilled these obligations or not, all this information being presented and monitored mainly by the European Commission. The last European Commission report which clearly states that Romania's priorities and public management provides tools imbalances and further gradual recovery but at a faster pace of administrative reform process.
