Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to study the relationship between Organizational Justice Dimensions and Organizational Commitment. Although, Organizational Justice and Organizational Commitment have been studied for their numerous aspects so far, every new research with new horizons has additional potential to reveal significant ties. The specific scope of this study is to investigate the relationship between Flight Training Organization (FTO) Theoretical Knowledge Instructors’ (TKIs) perceptions of organizational justice and to determine the effect of their perception on organizational commitment. A quantitative approach was used through developing a survey instrument and collecting data from TKIs instructing at FTOs which are approved by Turkish Directorate General of Civilian Aviation (DGCA).
