The Effect of Situational Leadership and Teacher Performance toward the Quality of Education Services

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the effect of situational leadership and teacher performance on the quality of vocational high school education services in Pringsewu Regency. This research is a quantitative research with ex-post facto method. This study uses a random sampling technique with a sample of 425 teachers. Data was collected using a questionnaire in the form of a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing using simple linear regression analysis and multiple regression analysis through the F test and t test to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable at the 95% confidence level (α = 0.05). The results showed that: (a) situational leadership had a positive and significant effect on the quality of educational services by 33%, (b) teacher performance had a positive and significant effect on the quality of educational services by 24%, and (c) situational leadership and teacher performance had a positive effect, and significant to the quality of education services by 45%.
