Abstract: This research deals with the topic (Analysis and evaluation of job satisfaction improvement strategies in (Oman broadband company and Hydrocarbon finder E&P company) and two companies were used, namely Oman Broadband Company and Hydrocarbon Finder Company. This study focuses on the strategies used by these two companies to achieve employee satisfaction and all duties and responsibilities. This study also focuses on the issues that may occur in these two companies and the best practices used in comparison between the two companies in terms of the strategies used and discussing solutions and recommendations. The research aims to identify those strategies and methodologies used in the professional environment of the business environment, as information was obtained from the two companies in the real work environment and recommendations that may help improve the employee satisfaction methodologies used in the two companies and use those strategies to achieve the interests of organizations.
