Abstract: This study has endeavored to pinpoint the origins of occupational stress, scrutinizing the nexus between three distinct dimensions and job stress, as well as the correlation between job stress and task performance. Following a succinct review of extant literature on the subject matter, the subsequent section of this inquiry has delineated its theoretical framework and proposed hypotheses.
