Abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of organizational appearance, corporate culture, and service quality on employee performance in Indomaret retail employees. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods includes 103 respondents with Indomaret retail employees as the population . This research uses the application software Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) and Partial Least Square (PLS). From this research shows that the relationship and influence between variables that are significant and some are not significant so that not all hypotheses can be accepted. This main hypothesis in this research is Employee Performance on Corporate Culture.
