Abstract: In the era of digitalization, the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has become a key factor for the successful management of schools. This paper examines the benefits of ICT integration in school administration, including improved operational efficiency, communication, and quality of education. Through analysis of existing literature and case studies, the paper explores how digital platforms and management software facilitate processes such as lesson planning, student data management, and communication between teachers, students, and parents. Also, the research paper emphasizes that the use of ICT contributes to the creation of a more interactive and flexible learning environment, thus helping to raise the quality of education. Finally, the improvements achieved through the use of ICT promote a more organized and transparent approach to school management, making the educational system more effective and adapted to the challenges of the XXI century. We can conclude that the integration of ICT has increased operational efficiency by allowing the automation of routine tasks such as student data management, absence registration, and real-time information sharing. These solutions have saved time and improved the accuracy and organization of administrative processes. It is recommended to invest in continuous staff training, ensuring stable and up-to-date infrastructure, developing clear policies for technology use, etc.
