Various forms of surveys, interviews, documents, and observations were employed in the data collection process. Based on the results, the researcher concluded that the authority carries out various tasks associated with water supply and that various tactics are used in day-to-day operations to ensure that customers receive effective and efficient water supply services, some of which are accompanied by strengths observed. Although the authorities have made an effort to meet the needs of the public, they have encountered obstacles and other issues.
