The paper critically reviews existing literature, highlighting the symbiotic relationship between user training and change management in facilitating seamless ERP integration. Furthermore, it investigates examples from Canadian SMEs, showcasing successful synergy between these two critical components. The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of the nuanced dynamics influencing ERP success within the Canadian SME context.
