The Causes and Incidences of Medial Ligament Injury

Abstract: In recent years, sports have witnessed a high incidence of medial ligament damages among athletes, especially those participating in contact sports. The medial ligament is the main stabilizing ligament of the knee joint and is responsible for preventing the knee from collapsing inward. To deep understand the causes and incidences of medial ligament injury, this article fully discusses the causes and incidences and provides a practical rehabilitation program for medial ligament injury.
