Applications of Pattern Recognition Techniques in Social Science

Abstract: Pattern recognition is a branch of machine learning that focuses on the recognition of patterns and regularities in data, although it is in some cases considered to be nearly synonymous with machine learning. Pattern recognition algorithms can be effectively applied for analysis of big data obtained from society to predict possible chaos in future or to identify required changes needed for society or changing the public policies. This technical note reviews some method of pattern recognition in society.
