Abstract:
The study aimed at examining the administrative aspect of the delivery of educational services in Khyber PahktunKhwa, one of the provinces of Pakistan. The data was collected via self-administered questionnaire from different stakeholders. The results revealed that all variables included in the model were significantly contributing to the satisfaction regarding delivery of education.
