Generalized Intelligent Assessment Methods for Complex Systems and Applications

Edited by Juliang Jin and Yiming Wei ()

in CEEP-BIT Books from Center for Energy and Environmental Policy Research (CEEP), Beijing Institute of Technology

Abstract: This book takes the methodology of complex system evaluation as its logical warp and the generalized intelligent evaluation methods and their applications in real‑world system evaluation as its logical weft. It conducts research and application on a series of system evaluation methods based on generalized intelligent evaluation, including subjective weighting methods, objective weighting methods, similarity evaluation methods, pattern evaluation methods, decision analysis methods, and combination evaluation methods. For each generalized intelligent evaluation method proposed, the book provides the underlying principles, implementation techniques, and application examples, reflecting the latest developments in the application of generalized intelligent methods to complex system evaluation. This book is suitable for researchers, management professionals, and engineering and technical personnel in fields such as management science and engineering, complexity science, systems engineering, hydraulic engineering, agricultural engineering, civil engineering, environmental engineering, geography and natural engineering, and related disciplines. It can also serve as a reference textbook for graduate students, undergraduate students, and faculty in these fields.
