Abstract:
The article determines that the growing complexity and multifunctionality of today's technological processes lead to the emergence of several new challenges that actualize the issue of technology coordination and the use of a systemic approach to optimize their implementation. The feasibility of conducting scientific research in this area increases its relevance in the context of the active deployment of scientific and technological developments and the digital transformation of the economy and society. It is proposed to understand technology coordination as the process of harmonizing various technological components that can function within the same system or between different systems. The main goal of such a process is to ensure the compatibility of technological solutions to achieve effective and uninterrupted operation of the organization. The main mechanisms aimed at technology coordination include standardization, modularity, interfaces and APIs, change management, and mutual integration solutions based on existing platforms. It was found that one of the priority ways in the direction of technology coordination is the use of a systemic approach to managing the latest technologies, which consists in the fact that technologies are considered not as separate elements, but as parts of a large, interdependent system, where each component affects the overall result. Optimization of ICT management consists of using scientifically based methods and approaches that allow for effective: data collection and analysis, automation of processes, flexible management through modern methodologies, organization of continuous staff training, and risk management. The alignment between hardware and software is a key element of the effective operation of enterprises in the ICT sector. In addition, it was emphasized that the modern development of technological processes in the field of ICT depends on the effective management of technical and technological coordination, which allows ensuring the smooth operation of systems, optimizing resources and increasing the efficiency of enterprises.
