Abstract:
The article examines the peculiarities of integrating modern technological solutions into business processes of enterprises in the context of economic system development, the growing role of information resources, and increasing requirements for the quality of management decisions. It emphasises that the introduction of technologies into the activities of enterprises increasingly goes beyond the technical automation of individual functions and requires a systematic approach focused on the process logic of economic activity organisation. The expediency of considering business processes as a key object of integration of technological solutions, through which the coordination of operational actions, information flows and management mechanisms is ensured, is substantiated. The study analyses the impact of modern technological tools on the operational, managerial and analytical business processes of an enterprise. It shows that their implementation changes the parameters of process functioning, in particular the duration of operational cycles, the level of standardisation of procedures, the nature of managerial decision-making and the methods of analytical support for management. It has been proven that the integration of technological solutions contributes to the formation of a unified information environment, within which the interconnection of processes and the reduction of information asymmetry between enterprise divisions are ensured. The article proposes an author's model of technology integration into business processes of an enterprise, which reflects a consistent transition from technological tools to managerial and effective results. The model demonstrates the relationship between technological support, integration mechanisms, process architecture, and enterprise performance. Based on a process-oriented approach, the effects of technology integration at the operational, managerial, analytical, strategic, and systemic levels were assessed. It has been established that the effects obtained are complex in nature and manifest themselves not only in reduced costs or increased productivity, but also in changes in the quality of management and increased adaptability of the enterprise to changes in the external environment. It is concluded that the systematic combination of technological solutions with business processes creates the prerequisites for the formation of a holistic management model focused on data, process coordination and long-term efficiency of the enterprise. The results obtained can be used as a theoretical basis for further scientific research and as a practical tool for substantiating management decisions in the process of introducing modern technologies into the activities of enterprises.
