Abstract: يعتبر موضوع إدارة الجودة الشاملة من المواضيع كثيرة التداول في مجال الاعمال حيث تزايد الاهتمام بها من قبل الباحثين والدارسين، وقد إنعكس هذا الاهتمام المتزايد بموضوع إدارة الجودة الشاملة في السنوات الاخيرة من خلال بلورة المفاهيم المرتبطة بها، حيث تم إعادة تعريفها بمفهوم الادارة الاستراتيجية لتصبح إدارة الجودة الاستراتيجية وذلك بوجود رؤية إستراتيجية تمكن المنظمات من تجاوز التحديات في البيئة التنافسية من خلال العمل على تحقيق رضا العميل وكيفية تلبية حاجاته ورغباته المتزايدة وهذا من خلال تقديم الخدمة بمواصفات ومعايير محددة تجعل العميل يشعر بالخصوصية في حصوله على الخدمة Nowadays, The subject of the total quality management becomes one of the most important topics in the business world,which is interesting more and more the researchers, this growing interest to the total quality management Have reflected last years through the development of many associated concepts, which have been re-defined. With a Strategic vision,it enables the organizations to overcome the challenges in a very competitive environment by working to achieve the customer satisfaction and realize his needs by providing the service with specific values and standards, that makes the customer feeling some of privacy in obtaining the service.
