Abstract: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل الإطار المفاهيمي والوظيفي لتنمية المواهب وفقا لمنظور تنمية الموارد البشرية، مع التأكيد على دورها في تطوير معارف ومهارات وقدرات المواهب البشرية ضمن حقل إدارة المواهب. وتبرز أهمية هذه الدراسة في كونها من الدراسات العربية الأولى التي تناولت بالتحليل الإطار المفاهيمي والإطار الوظيفي لوظيفة تنمية المواهب كوظيفة أساسية من وظائف إدارة المواهب، ولقد اعتمدت الدراسة مقاربة تحليلية نظرية لأدبيات تنمية المواهب المنشورة عالميا. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى اقتراح إطار مفاهيمي وإطار وظيفي لتنمية المواهب الشاملة والحصرية وفق منظور تنمية الموارد البشرية. This study aimed to analyze the conceptual and functional framework for talent development according to the human resources development perspective, And emphasizing its role in developing knowledge, skills and capabilities of human talents in the talent management field. The importance of this study is highlighted in the fact that it is one of the first Arab studies that analyzed the conceptual framework and the functional framework for talent development as an essential function of talent management. The study was based on a theoretical and analytical approach to the internationally published talent development literature. The study has proposed a conceptual framework and a functional framework for the development of inclusive and exclusive talent According to the human resources development perspective.
