Entrepreneurial accompaniment in the National Agency for Youth Employment Support - An evaluation study of the state of Tipaza-

Abstract: تحظى المقاولة بأهمية كبيرة في سياق مرحلة الاقتصاد المقاولاتي بالنّظر إلى أدائها لعدة أدوار اقتصادية واجتماعية، حيث نسعى من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز واقع المرافقة المقاولاتية التي تقدمها مختلف هيئات دعم المؤسسات المسخرة من طرف الدولة لضمان نجاح المقاولات المنشأة، فقمنا بتسليط الضوء على الوكالة الوطنية لدعم تشغيل الشباب ANSEJ باعتبارها واحدة من أهم هيئات الدعم و هذا بالنظر لاستقطابها أكبر نسبة من حاملي المشاريع، فتم الاستعانة بمعطيات متعلقة بعدد و طبيعة المشاريع الممولة خلال الفترة 1998-2015 مع تقديم نموذج عن مؤسسة تمت مرافقتها من طرف الوكالة. The entrepreneurship is of great importance in the contracting economy in view of its performance roles, where we seek to highlight the contracting Escort provided by the various institutions support bodies used by the state to ensure the success of established enterprises, We studied the National Youth Employment Support Agency (ANSEJ) as one of the Enterprises support bodies, because this agency attracting the majority of project holders , We used the number and nature of the projects funded during the period 1998-2015 with Provide a form of an institution that has been escorted by the agency.
