The impact of the wealth of information on the quality of comprehensive health care in Algeria

Abstract: عرف اقتصاد الصحة في الجزائر تطوّرا هامًّا في العشرية الحالية، فسخرت له إمكانيات مادية وبشرية هائلة لترقية القطاع لكن قد نجد عموما عدم رضى بعض المواطنين بسبب تدني الخدمة الصحية خاصة في المستشفيات العمومية. تهدف دراستنا الى تحليل المعلومات الصحية وأثرها على جودة الرعاية الصحية الشاملة. تواجه المؤسسات الصحية الجزائرية عدة تحديات مع تقدم التقنيات وتطور وسائل الاتصال والتكنولوجيا فهي مطالبة أيضا بمسايرة هذا التقدم ليس فقط على مستوى تطوير الوسائل والتجهيزات الطبية بل تتعدى ذلك الي ادخال التكنولوجيا المعلومات والرفع من أداء الموظفين والارتقاء الى ما يتطلع اليه المواطن The health economy in Algeria has witnessed a significant development in the current decade, and enormous material and human resources have been devoted to it for the promotion of the sector. However, we may find, in general, the dissatisfaction of some citizens due to the low health service, especially in public hospitals. Our study aims to analyze health information and its impact on the quality of comprehensive health care. Algerian health institutions face several challenges with the advancement of technologies and the development of means of communication and technology. And raising the performance of employees and upgrading to what the citizen aspires to.
