Abstract: The important role that internal communication plays in the management of the institution has led many researchers to focus on this factor due to its significant role in decision-making in the institution and as an indispensable element in any institution of different nature and activity. Through this study we tried to find out the role of internal communication in the decision-making process by studying the case of the Foundation of The Building of Success, where the questionnaire was used as a tool for this study and 30 questionnaires were distributed, and this data was analyzed on Through the SPSS statistical analysis program, we have found that intercom has an important and active role in the organization. إن الدور الهام الذي يلعبه االتصال الداخلي في تسيير المؤسسة دفع بالعديد من الباحثين للتركيز على هذا العامل نظرا لدوره الكبير في اتخاذ القرارات في المؤسسة وبصفته عنصر ال يمكن االستغناء عنه في أي مؤسسة باختالف طبيعتها ونشاطها، ومن خالل هذه الدراسة حاولنا معرفة دور االتصال الداخلي في عملية اتخاذالقرارمن خالل دراسة حالةمؤسسةملبنةالنجاح، حيث تم استخدام االستبيان كأداة لهذه الدراسة و قد تم توزيع 03 استبيان و تحليل هذه البيانات عن طريق برنامج التحليل اإلحصائي ، وتوصلنا إلى أن االتصال الداخليلهدورفعال وهام فيالمؤسسةمحل الدراسة
