Abstract: جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية لتبيان أثر التمكين على الأداء الوظيفي للعاملين بشركة نفطال فرع ولاية المدية-، حيث تم التطرق إلى تحديد المفاهيم النظرية حول تمكين العاملين وكذلك أهم الأبعاد التي يتضمنها، كما أشرنا إلى الأداء الوظيفي والمفاهيم المتعلقة به، أما الجانب التطبيقي فقد تم الاعتماد على الاستبانة لجمع البيانات . وتوصلت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج أهمها وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لتمكين العاملين في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي للعمال في المؤسسة الاقتصادية المدروسة. This research paper came to show the effect of empowerment on the job performance of employees, where it was addressed to define theoretical concepts about the empowerment of workers, and we also referred job performance As for the applied side, the questionnaire was relied on to collect data. The study reached a number of results, the most important is the presence of a statistically significant effect to enable workers to improve the job performance.
