Institutional reform requirements for economic growth– With reference to the case of Algeria for the period (2009-2019) -

Abstract: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية بإظهار أن فروقات التنمية بين مختلف الدول، فسرته النظرية المؤسساتية لرفع معدلات النمو الإقتصادي؛ والجزائر كغيرها من الدول تبنت العديد من الإصلاحات الهيكلية وذلك بالتركيز على محتوى الإصلاحات المؤسساتية ودورها في النمو الإٌقتصادي وإسقاط ذلك على حالة الجزائر ومدى وفائها للإصلاحات المؤسساتية للفترة (2009/2019) بإتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن دون بناء مؤسسات على مستوى من المهنية والمسؤولية في مختلف المجالات، فإن النمو لا يكون مضمون، بل قد يأخذ التطور منحى عشوائي. This paper aims to show that the differences in development among different countries are their institutional theory travel , to raise rates of economic growth rates ;Algeria, like other countries, has adopted many structural reforms, focusing on the content of institutional reforms and their role in economic growth, and dropping this on the situation in Algeria and the extent to which institutional reforms have been implemented for the period (2009/2019) have been implemented through the analytical descriptive approach, and the study concluded that they have not built institutions at a level of professionalism and responsibility in various, growth is not guaranteed, but development can take a random approach.
