Abstract: هدفت الدراسة الى الكشف عن وجود علاقة بين متغير المقاولة من الباطن والتكاليف الكلية للإنتاج، من أجل ذلك تم طرح فرضية الدراسة المتمثلة في أنه يوجد علاقة ارتباط بين المقاولة من الباطن تخفيض التكاليف الكلية للإنتاج في مؤسسة السويدي كابل، وذلك من أجل تسليط الضوء على المقاولة من الباطن والتطرق الى بعض الجوانب منها ومحاولة معرفة دورها في تخفيض تكاليف الإنتاج من خلال دراسة ميدانية، وبغية الاجابة على الإشكالية والتحقق من فروض الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي. توصلنا الى نتيجة أنه يوجد 0.0 .( بين المقاولة من الباطن وخفض التكاليف الكلية ≤α( علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية للإنتاج The study aimed to reveal the relationship between subcontracting, and the total costs of production, for that the hypothesis of the study was put forward that: there is a correlation between subcontracting and the reduction of the total costs of production in the El Sewedy Cables Corporation, to shed light on the subcontracting, to answer the problem and verify the hypotheses of the study, we used the descriptive approach. We concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship at the level of significance (α≤ 0.05) between subcontracting and reducing the total costs of production.
