Abstract: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور السياسة المالية في الاقتصاد باعتبارها أحد أهم أدوات تحقيق الاستقرار الاقتصادي للبلاد ،وذلك من خلال التطرق أولا إلى عرض الخصائص العامة للسياسة المالية بالجزائر وأدوات تطبيقها ،ومن ثم تتبع وتحليل تطورات أهم مؤشرات ا لداء للاقتصاد الكلي )البطالة ،التضخم ،النمو ، والميزان التجاري( ،وأخيرا دراسة قياسية باستعمال نموذج أشعة الانحدار الذاتي لتحديد أهم الدوات المؤثرة وحجم تأثيرها بالنسبة لكل متغير. This study aims to shed light on the role of fiscal policy in the economy as one of the most important tools to achieve economic stability.for this purpose we will start first by presenting the general characteristics of fiscal policy in Algeria and the tools for its application, then tracking and analyzing the developments of the most important macroeconomic performance indicators (unemployment, inflation, economic growth and balance of trade ).finally ,an econometric study using a vector autoregressive model to determine the most influential policy tools and the size of their impact for each variable.
