Data Processing as a Source of Psychological Researches Results’ Ambiguity

Abstract: By the example of empirical research and analysis of correlations between person’s cognitive styles and his/her personal characteristics it is shown that contradictions and ambiguity of presented in psychological literature data on the topic are due to inadequate mathematical methods of data processing.
