A Comprehensive Retail Sales Tax as a Single Tax for the State of Kansas

Abstract: This report explores the economic issues related to a particular tax reform idea: replacing all state-level taxes in Kansas with a single tax. The single tax in this case is a comprehensive retail sales tax.
