The Use of Exponentially Damped Polynomials for Biological Recovery Data

Abstract:
Exponentially damped polynomial regression models are applied to data arising from the return to biochemical equilibrium after an induced disturbance. Computation and statistical analyses are outlined, and illustrated with human blood glucose levels after alcohol consumption.
