Abstract: merlin can do a lot of things. From linear regression to a Weibull survival model, from a three-level logistic model, to a multivariate joint model of multiple longitudinal outcomes, a recurrent event and survival. merlin can do things I haven’t even thought of yet. I’ll take a single dataset, and attempt to show you the full range of capabilities of merlin, and talk about some of the new features following its rise from the ashes of megenreg. There’ll even be some surprises.
