Abstract: On the basis of 26 points of operational and economical character and their levels the competitive attitude of agricultural firms of CR was appreciated with the help of SPACE-method analyses. The results show the economical condition to the beginning of 1998. The results show the economy of the firm in nonstabil entrepreneur's environment, in defensive attitude, weak competitive position, limited possibilities of another development with better power of negotiation of suppliers and consumers. Under unchanged conditions it is not possible to realize the strategy of integration and that is why same firms should start to realize the strategy of liquidation.
