Abstract: Ensure evolution of health unexceptionable foods is pointed to the safety of materials from the agricultural first production. Reserving of significant measure welfare is the basic presumption for Ecological Agriculture in production BIO foods and also the presumption in introducing of HACCP and to be acquired in comparative advantages at the market.
