Abstract:
For a healthy development of tourism and all activities in the frame of this industry in the region it is necessary to harmonize the incomes and all effects of this branch with the quality of life of the local people and the aspects of environment protection. The guests require a certain level of service difference and variety, which could not be financed only by the locals. The negative aspects of mass tourism e.g. transport pollution and seasonal price increase, must be balanced by positive sides of tourism. For this task it is necessary to find a complex solution of this situation - destination management.
