Contribution to evaluation methodology of regional competitiveness

Abstract: Basic methodological approach to regional competitiveness evaluation applies system situational analysis. Its results are usually structured into four lists, i.e. strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of SWOT matrix. Strategic goals and objectives including appropriate interventions are then formulated within this basis. Author suggests complete current methodological framework by graphic onion model of regional competitive advantage and disadvantage.
