Abstract:
The article provides some reflections on the second edition of “The Anatomy of Corporate Law. A Comparative and Functional Approach”. This edition has been enriched in several respects. The book is a point of reference for the law and economics as well as comparative contemporary research in company law and corporate governance. In the European legal debate it definitively legitimates law and economics as a methodological tool for the study of company law.
