Abstract: The following text provides an analysis of the current use of regional products in the tourism development of Lesvos (Greece). It is focusing on the strategies for regionalization of food: labeling of regional products and creating of value-added-cycles. In addition, supply potentials connected to the regional products of the island are presented.
