Abstract:
As a consequence of the “Erneuerbare-Energien-Gesetz“ and the amendment to the Cooperative Law in 2006, numerous cooperatives were founded in Bavaria. This article provides a review of foundation events in Bavaria and points to individual experiences. These company foundations also reflect the challenges of time. Against the background of the current situation, the requirements of people and regions will become more concrete and condense into new cooperative models. The focus of cooperative activities is always on the interests and benefits of the members, and cooperation can also be used to overcome major challenges that would quickly overwhelm the individual. To improve legibility, only the masculine form was chosen and is synonymous with all genders.
