Quelles pratiques pour une connaissance fondée sur l'action ? Le cas dune recherche-action en contrôle

Abstract:
The action researches allow us to deeply understand a specific organized context, but in this part the research worker has a double legitimacy constraint : the one of organization which pays him to resolve a discerned problem. The other constraint is the one of the people who work in die same field, the people who judge his ability to produce scientific knowledge. The conciliation of these two aims obliges him to be provided with a plan able to ?make subjective information more objective?. Thanks to this type of research which was led in a firm undergoing a management reform from the responsible people (the persons in charge of the firm), we have showed the non-existence of organizational action levers on which the responsible people thought they could rely on and we displayed perverse effects putting in questions the aims of this reform.
