Abstract:
Towards a new radical change, like an environmental protection act, so called Weak Actors within an industry (most of the time, some Small and Medium Low Tech firms ; we call them Basic) have to generate themselves, thanks to a double coordination process (intra-firm as well as inter-firms coordination), a proactive evolutionary process at a sustainable cost rather than to undergo a global and destructive reorganization induced by strong actors. Partly based on a stylised fact, the given analysis will be mainly highlighted by managerial considerations concerning coordination. One of the principal results is a comparative tool fit for investigating weakness of many industrial sectors. We also formulate an hypothesis about a positive correlation between density of Small and Medium Basic Firms and economic poverty within a single territory.
