Abstract:
Social exclusion still present despite economic growth questions the society capability to help people find a job. What is the link between unemployment, poverty and social exclusion? The socio-political French system is based on state solidarity. This Durkheim's legacy leads to public action. With a real knowledge of the exclusion process it would be possible to start micro-local actions. What is the starting point to help people conduct their own integrating process? The informal sector would be a first step toward a real work and an economic life.
