La RTT dans les PMI indépendantes: réorganisations et conditions de travail

Robert Ardenti

Innovations, 2005, vol. 22, issue 2, 33-50

Abstract: For many legally independent SMEs, 35-hour agreements enabled to accelerate a reorganization movement and also to formalise new management ways to reschedule, allowing to develop flexibility : yearly schedule/modulation, the rise of supplies use length or the establishment opening... In reference to these modifications, important disparities can be noticed according to the kind and the socioprofessional class of earners, strengthening existing unfairness. New constraints are imposed to many workmen, especially less qualified ones, impairing their working environment which, most of the time, were already unfavourable : variability worsening and unpredictability schedules, cadence increase... leading to more weariness and stress.
