Abstract:
If market and money had a role of impulsion in social building of Europe, they contributed at the same time to impoverish the notion of social progress and generated disequilibrium. Social progress introduces two concepts: Social Europe and European economic governance model. Social coordination means the recognition of social fields (working conditions, social security and social dialogue), the distinction of skills between European Union and the Member States as well as to take into account of regulation?s modes and European institutions.
