Abstract:
Bank loans and informal funding by small financial cooperatives called « tontines », are the main financing sources of innovation in Small and Medium Sized businesses (SMS). The financing constraints of those businesses result from their dependence from the two funding systems. However, other funding procedures exist that could help SMS to achieve their financing policies and their innovation projects. We propose in this paper a financing model which is a control and development tool for small and medium sized businesses. Codes JEL: L26, L25, M13, O55
