Ronan Le Velly
Innovations, 2009, vol. n° 30, issue 2, 99-113
Abstract:
Through the statement of four controversies, respectively dealing with the inclusion of companies working with hired labour, the respect of the cultural identity of handicrafts, the degree of marginality of producers? groups and the eventuality of building a ?local fair trade?, the author shows that the accomplishment of the sustainable development aimed by fair trade implies to frame the limits of its beneficiaries and to establish hierarchies among its purposes.
