Impact des structures temporelles sur les comportements des acteurs projets en contexte agile

Mamadou Sanoussy Sow and Pascal Aurégan

Innovations, 2023, vol. n° 71, issue 2, 31-64

Abstract: The analysis of temporalities is still overlooked, especially in the field of agile management. Within the framework of a single case study, the authors seek to explain the impact of the global temporal structure (GTS) on individual and collective behavior in an agile context. Indeed, the current literature still has difficulties in grasping what this notion of agility covers, especially at the micro (individual) level, as the definitions are so diverse. Moreover, very few studies focus on the temporal structures of the agile project and the way individuals represent them. In this article, we have combined two methodological approaches: the first mobilizes time scales and the second semi-structured interviews. Our results enrich the existing theoretical framework by highlighting the importance of systematically considering individual temporal attributes when building an agile project team. JEL Code : M1
