Abstract:
This paper aims to remind the contribution of professor Nick von Tunzelamnn (SPRU, University of Sussex, UK) recently died. We give information on the man and his work. Finally we emphasize two aspects of his intellectual legacy: the implications of time-saving innovations and the economic importance of innovations in Low-Tech industries. JEL Codes: O14, O33
