Investissement direct étranger, dynamique industrielle et inégalité salariale en Asie

Abstract:
Our attention will focus above all on the evolution of the relative wages of skilled labour compared to that of unskilled labour in industrial sectors of East Asian and South East Asian countries. Our purpose is to show firstly, that the recent re-deployment of FDI among these countries increases this relative industrial wage. This thought leads, secondly, to a better assessment of the local adaptation of human capital policies for a decrease in these disparities.
