Aide bilatérale contre aide multilatérale ? Analyse comparative des politiques de coopération de l’Allemagne et du Royaume-Uni en matière de forêts tropicales

Benjamin Singer

Mondes en développement, 2004, vol. 127, issue 3, 45-60

Abstract: The European Union member states currently play a key role in the international debate on tropical forests, especially through official development assistance policies. This study draws up a comparison of such policies in Germany and the United Kingdom and reveals striking differences in the positioning of European countries, in particular with regard to the articulation between bilateral and multilateral aid, despite an increasingly homogeneous international discourse.
